Despoina Paizi was born in Athens in 1979. In 2005 she completed her studies at the School of Dentistry, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with an overall grade “Very Good “. From 2005 to 2009 she worked as a dentist in the dental clinic of Stavros Pelekanos. Her field of practice was limited to restorative dentistry, prosthodontics and implant treatment.
In 2009 she completed her a continuous educational program in implant dentistry at the School of Dentistry, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as a postgraduate student. Furthermore, she attended various programs on hard and soft tissue management. From 2005 to 2013 she was a research associate in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at the School of Dentistry, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She practices restorative, perioprosthetics and implant dentistry in Paizis Dental Center since 2009.
She is a member of the Greek Society of Prosthodontics, the Dental Association of Attica and the Stomatological Society of Greece. She has numerous presentations at national and has participated in international conferences. She speaks English and French.
